Our 2D Floor Plans have a professional and modern look, they are easy to read, identify all rooms and include indications of kitchen, bathroom and laundry fittings. Floor plans can also highlight the location of the residence, garage, pool, courtyards and other important external amenities.

How can a buyer/renter piece together an accurate understanding of the building? The power of a floor plan is this: in the imagining phase a buyer/renter can use the photographs together with the floor plan to build a cohesive and comprehensive layout of the property. With a floor plan, someone can see past a distorted photograph and understand the actual size of a room. Photography can only go so far to represent the flow of spaces and hardly ever captures the ‘in-between’ spaces like foyers, corridors, and entry-ways.

3D Floor Plans

Much like the 2D floor plan, this product lets you get a 3D modelization of the scanned property. As the goal of this product is to give a better visualization and a true sense of space, it automatically includes fixed furniture.  Fixed furniture entails kitchen cabinets, islands, bath vanities, etc.  The basic 3D floor plan will be rendered in white (with shades due to the 3D) with 1 image per floor similarly to the 2D floor plan

We'll produce a walkthrough of the house to give the viewers a real sense of space and how it actually feels to be in the house.
The standard walkthrough of a video is always from main foyer to living room/dining area/kitchen and then to other areas.

The video length should be between 2 and 3 minutes long. The length will always vary depending on the size of the property and its complexity.
