What to expect with JPG Media

 . . . when scheduling

Scheduling is easy with JPG Media, BUT does require you to place your order within your Listing Concierge system first.

 

When placing your order, you will be asked to tell us a preferred date and time.  Because the Listing Concierge system cannot directly connect to our scheduling system, it is NOT a confirmed, guaranteed appointment time.  Instead, the system sends an email to our support team with the order request, and the JPG Media Agent Support Team will do everything they can to find the closest available appointment time to the preferred request.

PLEASE keep in mind, the appointment is not confirmed until JPG Media has sent you a confirmation email and/or text.

At JPG Media, we take pride in outstanding customer service, with consistency being one of our core values. You can expect the same high-quality experience every time with no surprises. Our appointments are scheduled at specific times, ensuring that and your clients know exactly when to expect us. Arriving on time in our logoed apparel, our professional photographers use specialized equipment and follow a detailed shot list, capturing images in a precise architectural style that showcases every room from corner to corner.

What's an architectural style?

Photos are taken corner to corner, looking straight across the room so that you will never be looking up or down into a room.  Listing Concierge requires all photos to be in a landscape format (wide, not vertical). While our architectural style keeps to only showing 2 walls in most shots, our shot list ensures we show all four walls of a room; and you are always welcome to request a 3rd wall be shown in your order notes.

Image quality?

JPG Media provides high resolution images and Listing Concierge will resize them so that they will upload to MLS properly. We just a bracketing process and edit to a very clean and clear definition. Windows are clear and skies are replaced with blue skies for a beautiful day, every day. And, our in-house editing team is always willing to make adjustments as needed.

 . . . delivery

JPG Media has an in-house 3rd shift editing team, so while Listing Concierge guarantees you images back the next day by 5pm, we often have them uploaded to the system much earlier in the day.  We don't quote a specific time, as our quality control team, may send items back for a rework with the editor before delivering.

All media is uploaded directly to the Listing Concierge system, and once complete, you will receive an email from Listing Concierge informing you and giving you next steps for the package you selected.

Exceptions:

  • Videos take an additional 24hrs for processing

  • Virtual staging requires the photos to be edited 1st, and you will then receive additional communication via email/text requesting you to select which images you would like to have staged.  Once you complete your selection, the finished virtual staging will be back in 24hrs 

FAQ

  • Listing Concierge is often referred to as "LC"

  • LC Packages include more than just photos, only the products your select from JPG Media are created by JPG Media.  Other media, marketing and promotional items are completed by the Listing Concierge Team

  • JPG Media a contractor for Listing Concierge and the products/services you order are at a discounted price. Your payments are not directly paid to JPG Media.

  • The Listing Concierge support team should be your main contact for all matters related to your package; with the exception of scheduling your shoot or edit requests.

  • JPG Media does try to accommodate requests for properties outside of our service areas, but cannot guarantee them.  Travel pay is required for these shoots, and must be approved by LC as they pay the travel cost.

  • When placing your order on the LC system, it asks for a "Preferred Date/Time". The system is not connected to our scheduling system and is not a guaranteed or confirmed time. When we receive the order, we will may every effort to schedule as close to the preferred request.

  • JPG Media is always happy to try and fulfill special shot requests; we do ask that you review this site as well as our website to see our shot style. Please be sure to add special requests when ordering.
